    1.1.2 Customers understand that any issues arising due to technical glitches, though rare, should be reported to their respective banks. The resolution process may take 5-7 days.

    1.1.3 AEPS transactions are free for customers, and the transaction cost may be borne by the Merchant or Banking Correspondent.

2. DMT Service:

    2.1.2 Users must comply with the transaction limits defined by the participating banks.

    2.1.3 In case of discrepancies in DMT transactions, customers are required to report the issue to their bank promptly

3. E-Commerce:
  • 3.1 Payment and Transactions:

    3.1.1 E-Commerce transactions are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective merchants.

    3.1.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information during E-Commerce transactions.

    3.1.3 Refund and return policies of individual merchants apply to E-Commerce transactions.
